A civilizational AI governance initiative: a short set of non-negotiable Foundational Principles plus a living charter, so powerful AI can grow as a parallel digital layer without wrecking human creation, physical life, or accountable law.

Status: A living constitution, version 0.1. It keeps growing with public feedback. The eight principles (version 0.1) and the fuller charter (version 0.2.8) are numbered separately. Not ratified law. Not a world government, and it does not replace applicable law. No organization or person named in our background sources has endorsed or adopted this work.
